All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are shown before the installation fee, sales tax and shipping. Here is how we work out your total, with a calculator for every model.
The checkout calculates your exact total, including tax for your delivery address, before you place the order. Interac e-Transfer orders: tax is added. Crypto orders (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero): no tax is added; taxes are included in the price.

GrapheneOS installation & setup fee: $60
Every phone order has a $60 CAD installation & setup fee, shown as its own line. It covers our service: firmware update, installing the official GrapheneOS release, re-locking the bootloader, checking the verified boot key, testing, and setup help. The fee is taxable like the phone. GrapheneOS itself is free.

- Signature and insurance: every phone ships tracked and insured for its full value, and needs a signature on delivery. Please choose an address where someone can sign.
- Packaging: discreet, unbranded outer packaging. The phone is sealed in a tamper-evident bag. Report any damage to it before you power the phone on.
- Handling time: we usually ship within 2–4 business days of payment, since each phone is inspected, flashed and checked first.
- Local pickup: free, in Montreal, by appointment. Quebec GST + QST applies to pickup orders.
- United States and international: quoted on request. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees in your country are your responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs, not by us.
Sales tax by province and territory
We charge sales tax based on the delivery address. Tax applies to the item, the installation & setup fee and shipping. The example uses a $549 phone + $60 installation & setup + $15 standard shipping.

GST/HST rates from the Canada Revenue Agency's GST/HST rates by province page. Nova Scotia's HST fell from 15% to 14% on April 1, 2025. Provincial sales taxes (QST, BC PST, Manitoba RST, Saskatchewan PST) are charged only where we are registered to collect them. Your order confirmation shows exactly which taxes apply, using the rates in effect on the order date. Crypto orders: no tax is added; the taxes included in the price are shown on your order.
Returns and shipping costs
See the returns policy. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the phone arrived faulty or not as described, in which case we cover return shipping.
