We only sell carrier-unlocked devices with OEM unlocking available. Carrier-locked Pixels (common with some US carriers) often can't have their bootloader unlocked.
Every order includes

- Latest stock firmware, then the latest official GrapheneOS stable release
- Bootloader re-locked, OEM unlocking disabled
- Printed quick-start card with verification steps (verified boot key hash and Auditor) and a sandboxing setup guide
- Email support for setup questions for 30 days (placeholder: set your own support period)

GrapheneOS itself is free, and the GrapheneOS project recommends installing it yourself with the official web installer. Our installation & setup fee pays for our time and support, not for GrapheneOS. We're an independent seller and are not endorsed by GrapheneOS. See our app compatibility notes.
Support periods: the Pixel 6 and 7 series have 5-year guarantees and no hardware memory tagging. GrapheneOS updates are guaranteed until October 2026 (Pixel 6 / 6 Pro), July 2027 (6a), October 2027 (7 / 7 Pro) and May 2028 (7a). They're on GrapheneOS's official support list; its recommended list is Pixel 8 and newer. After a device's guarantee ends, GrapheneOS can't ship full security patches for it. Source: GrapheneOS FAQ.
